For those of you who want to give and/or get the ultimate blow job, this paper gives a great detail of the structures and sensitive spots on a penis. For the most part, I find it more stimulating to my partner if I'm in between his legs facing him while I diddle his cock. In an uncut man, the foreskin is attached to the underside of the penis longitudinally by the frenulum (f). When a male is circumcised, the frenulum is clipped first, and then the ring of foreskin that is now loose from the head of the penis is cut off. The remaining part of the frenulum after it heals is a ridge that connects to the shaft and the rest of the skin covering his shaft. It is extremely sensitive on a man who is cut. The internal anatomy of the penis is such that two pillars of erectile tissue on either side of the urethra lie on the underside of the penis. Also, at the base of the penis, on either side, seems to be a very sensitive spot. Using a pinching motion, pinch the base of his penis from the sides while you're blowing him. It will feel GREAT!
One final note. Watch your teeth. Most guys don't want to have their sensitive cocks scraped by teeth. Protect him by covering your teeth with your lips if contact is inevitable. Go down on him, cover your teeth, the press your lips together on the shaft and slowly withdraw upward. This is sort of a milking action that some guys love.
