The kids are teaching their daddy

Well after his walk this morning and then us fuxing breakfast for the family, his girls came down this morning and they saw him sitting there, it was Daddy and they ran to him and almost jumped on him, Megan said easy girls, he bent down and gave them both lots of hugs and kisses, love you daddy love you to babies, then they asked mommy how did dad get down here, I helped him walk, dad is walking, he sure is, he has to take it slow, but hes walking, I brought out the eggs and bacon and toast, Megan did up his plate and he is usally a two handed eatter but he just couldnt get his left hand to work right, we could see the frustration on his face he would scoop up some eggs on his toast and try to lift it with his left and it would fall back onto the plate, so he would try and use his left hand with the fork and it just wasnt working right, then Cimmy sat up on her chair and she did his toast and put the eggs on it and she said here dad and she fed him and then Susie did the other side and she would put eggs on his other piece of toast and she would say here you are dad and he would take a bite from hers back and forth he would go, he could pick up the bacon with his right hand but even his fingers wouldnt work right, well that is something they will work on with him, Megan helped his drink his coffee after each bite.....................................
the rest of the family made their way out to the table and they watched the girls help their daddy eat his breakfast, and then Ema asked what are you doing, Im helping my daddy to eat, she asked why, both of the girls said cause he needs us and we both love him so much cause he is our daddy, Joy sat down and watched them both help him eat, then sammy and chance came out of their room hey brother I see everything is going fine, then he said I had sammy helping me on everything after what happened to me, so dont worry about it, it will get better, then Megan said he was walking earlier, Chance said thats just great and then he saw the crutch laying on the floor in the great room, whats that doing over there, Meg said he wont use it he walked half way across that room into my arms and then we walked outside all the way down to the new cabin and then back up, Chance stood there and he looked at WIll and said Im so proud of you, Will smiled at him then Megan helped him sip more of his coffee, when the kids got done helping him he sat there and his eyes were getting heavy and his head would nod, Megan saw him, OK babe let go and lay you down for awhile so she helped him stand up and helped him walk over to the sofa in the greatroom she got him to lay down and then covered him up with his blanket she sat on the floor and stroked his face as he went to sleep.............................
when he was resting the kids came over to her and they was yawning can we lay with dad yes, but becareful with him, so they go tup on the sofa behind his legs and go tunder the blanket with him and they layed their heads on his legs and they went to sleep, those two have been all stressed out cause he wasnt home, but now they arnt going to let him out of their sight, Megan got up and came over and sat down faceing him and sipping on her coffee, she was keeping an eye on him then he rolled over on his back and the girls were laying on his chest and we could see his arms holding them against him, Meg would look at me now and then,
I said he is more content now that he has them in his arms, he loves his girls as much as they love him, randy said are we going to have a tree, Megan said I hope so we have a closet full of presents and we need a tree to put them under, Randy and Chance said they will go out and find a tree so they got their boots on took a 4x4 back into the trees and an hour later they came back with a very nice tall tree behind them.........................
I got out the fixtures for the house and the tree and the tree stand, and in they came after the trimmed the bottom, Megan went over and said girls do you want to help us, their eyes came open and saw the tree in the greatroom, thie reyes got real wide and they slid off his chest and then put the blanket back on him and he rolled over with his back to us, we kept it down so he could rest and we put decorations all over the cabin and lights on the tree and then all the fixtures on it, the guys helped with the lights that went up high they even did the lights outside around the entire cabin most were still up from last year just needed cleaning on the ends so they would work again its those LED lights in the rainbow colors, then Will woke up and he was looking around Meg saw him, and she sat down next to him, whats going on were doing the lights on the tree an around the cabin he sat there and smiled this is makeing him happy, then he said, he thought he had missed Christmas, I said no silly you would never miss Christmas, we would wait for you to get out of the hospital and then have it, but you didnt miss it, he sat back and saw us doing everything, then Meg sai dyou want to help with the tree, he said yes so she helped him up and over to the tree and they put on the silver streamers she showed him how and that he could do and she had him use his left hand........................
Then he asked is the presents still in the closet, Meg said yes they are, when we are done Ill have help bringing them down, so we can put them under the tree, he went walking across the floor and Chance was helping him and up those two went, I followed them and into his bedroom they went, he pointed to the dresser and Chance pulled it open and in there was some black boxes and they was sealed he said open that one, so Chance did he opened it an said oh man she is going to love that, I peaked over his shoulder its a ring in Black hills gold with Diamonds all the way around it, he said look in the band it said, 24 carrot gold, he had this made for her, then on the inside of the band it read To my Wife Megan, from her Husband WIll , I said you did that for her yes he said, I was going to give it to her on her birthday, but it wasnt done yet, I got it a week before he came over here, I also had something made for my girls so Chance opened the two other boxes and inside each of them was a black hills necklace in 24 carrot gold with their names on them and on the back it said from Mommy and daddy with our love..........................
I said you are a very specail daddy to them and the chain that goes around their necks is a heavy chain so it shouldnt break on them, he was thinking but each one had the girls names CIMMIRON and then SUSIE and then the third box had one in Megans name so he got one for each of his ladys, i asked what is in the last box, you cant see it until the 25th then he turned it over and it had Clancie on the bottom of the box, I said what did you do, just wait he said the best he could, and Chance put it in his pocket so I couldnt see it, i will put it under the tree on the night of the 24th naw wait until the 25th she will peak I know her, I said no I wont, yes you will when everyone is in bed you will sneak out and open the box, so Chance will put it under the tree the morning of the 25th and he will do it when everyone is downstairs so there will be no peaking, I said fine and I went back downstairs, and then Chance opened the box and he saw what was in it, oh she is going to love this you know how to tug on her heart strings dont you, I try is what Will said.....................
Then he went into the closet and pulled out theses blue boxes and it had all the guys names on them on each box an everyone was taped around the outside so there is no looking until the 25th, you did all of this, he said yes, I got one for all the guys in this family, I already gave the ones to the familys that didnt come over here with us, so they already have theirs Chance said that was good thinking even the ladys they got theirs also, Will said, I got something for everyone, Chance said, I hope you didnt go over board , he said who me, Chance just looked at him, OK Ill take these down for you and put them under the tree, Will said here tape up clancies so she cant peak so Chance did three wraps with the clear tape an dthen cut it and then burned the end with his lighter so, you couldnt see the edge at all cause it melted into the rest of the tape, there she can pick it up she just cant open it so Chance did the other boxes so there is no peaking from anyone, Then they came downstairs and Will had a red bow on each box with whos name on it and then Chance put them under the tree for him, Will walked down the stairs very slowly useing the rail then he sat down at the last two steps and was rubbing his head and his neck.............................
megan saw this and went to him, I feel sick to my tummy caus eo fmy neck, she said Randy can you help me, so randy came over and picke dhim up and set him on the sofa and megan went to rubbing hi sneck ever so softly then a little harder his neck was so tense and what she was doing was makeing him feel better, then i go tout the hot pad to put on his shoulders and on the back of his neck after she was done, it will help also we didnt even think about his neck but that log hit him square so his neck is a little soar from the hit, we will keep an eye on that for a few days, then we saw Chancxe put all of those black and Blue boxes under the tree, megan said what are those, then she saw everyones names on them, then she turned around, did you do this, he just smiled at her, what did you do, she went to him, and she sat on his lap, baby did you do all of that when we was in Oregon, he said yes, I knew we was going to spend Christmas over here so I thought a head, she said thats my husband always think of others before himself, and she gave him a kiss how is your neck now, its feeling better, Randy came back with a pill thi swill help with your tummy its an acid reflex tablet thats what you was haveing when you came down, I have extra bottles Ill give one to Meg for for you thats one a day when you get up in the morning it really helps.......
Then Meg was done and she said lets practice on some words so she got out the board and he had to spell the words he spoke and he used all of his fingers on both hands this will help his hands she would say the word and then he woul dtry to say it then h ehad to spell it then the next word, and the girls sat next to him on each side and they helped spell some of the words but he had to do it first, they would sound out the word with him, and he would do the same, they sat and did that for a few hours, and he would get frustrated on some of them, and haveing his kids right there he didnt throw the board on the floor when he got upset, that would be showing them bad behavior so he had to be have himself which when you have an injury like he had thats very hard to do, cause its the little things that can make him upset, and Megan was right there with him, then she said you are done for the day babe and she took the board away from him she could see his frustation, s oshe set it off to the side and then gave him a kiss and hug saying you did very well and she said Im so proud of you, he put his head back and closed his eyes and he rested for an hour or so, and the girls sat next to him and had theirs closed also......

Watching a man put his life back together

Well this morning Megan had Will sitting at the table ans she was going over words that he uses all the time, and he was doing pretty good, and each time he said them right, she would give him a kiss, I would want to get them right also to have those wonderful lips kissing me, and her smileing at him is building up his confidance, so after that she said alright lets to you walking so she helped him stand up useing the crutch and I could tell he didnt like useing that, she got half way across the greatroom and she asked him walk to me baby, and he would take a step and try to lift the other one he did this for about six steps and he was looking at her and he let go of the crutch and he stood there for a minute and we both saw him do his best to walk with out it, I was almost at a gasp one the first step he took but he did it then he took another and she was saying yes baby your doing it, take one more and he was doing his best and then another you could see the consitration on his face and he was doing it...........................
Then randy walked out and saw him walking across that floor to his wife, he was in awe I put my hand over his mouth and said, dont say anything so we both stood there and watched him, Come on baby one more give me one more step and he did, right into her arms and she help steady him and she wasnt go to let go, Im so Proud of you and he was smileing we saw that from this side of the room, then we heard cccaan weee go outsideee and she said sure if you really want to, so she came around and took him by his hip and they both walked to the door and he tryed his best to open it and she helped him then it came open and out they both went, she stood in front of him and had her hands on his and they both walked down the dock to the landing, and you could see her smileing at him, we couldnt hear what she was saying, but we knew in was encouragement , and then to the landing they went and down to the new cabin, he sat down on the stones and she sat on his lap giveing him lots of hugs and kisses and we know lots of I love yous, she has away with him, that none of us do, I think with alot of her help he will be back to us in no time and what we saw this morning, is just a short step to getting there...............................
we got some coffees and took them down there to them, and she helped him hold his cup, his left side is still weak and the Doc said, they way he got hit on the head his left will take a little to get back and he is right, but he is trying and that is what matters and with Megans love for him he can do anything, then when we was standing there we heard him say, I LOVE YOU HONEY, thank you for being here for me, and that did it, she had tears running down her face, you are my husband and you saved my life from that log, what kind of Wife would I be, if I wasnt here for you my Hero, and he kissed her tears away from her face and they hugged more, then he said I have to go potty, so she said you need my help, then he made us laugh, naw you hold onto it and want to play, while im tring to pee, we laughed and she does she wont let him finish before she is strokeing on him, it drives him crazy, cause he pees down his legs and into his jeans.......................................
Randy said Ill help ou so he took him to the end of the dock and he stood behind him so he wouldnt fall in the water, and he said alright go ahead so he did, he was there for almost three minutes, what are you a camel and an we heard him laugh, we looked at each other, Megan said he just laughed, he is comeing back to us, Im done so randy turned around to help him, then we heard shake it dont play with it, now thats funny, and then he turned around and he walked by himself back to Megan she was standing and saying one step at a time baby you can do it and he did, randy was right behind him just in case but he did it, and into her arms he went, then he said, Im hungry so up we went one step at atime and she is so proud of him and so are we, he has come along ways in just oneday, and its only the morning, so after he eats and rests some more she will have him working on his speach again and maybe more walking, he was kind of shakey comeing back up, but he did it, so more later guys, we are so proud of him, he has taken his first steps and his speach is getting better, love you all for all of your prayers for him................love Clancie

Back to the Hospital we go

Will has been in the hospital for two days and Ive finally got Megan down she is sleeping along with the girls then my cell goes off, its the DOC he asked me does Will have a liveing Will, I said yes he does, then I asked why, he said may i talk to you, I said yes, well Will is still unresponsive, we had to go in last night and drain the fluid off his brain, he had sweled up after we did the MRI, he is still on the machines and there still is no response from him, I said I dont care what it costs, you will never shut those machines off he will come back, he has to much to live for, I said we will be right there, so I hung up, and I didnt want to this but I had to wake her up, so I went up and gently woke her up, I said Meg we have to go to the hospital, the Doc was saying they might shut off the machines, cause Will is still unresponsive, so she got up an I helped dress her, kathy came in to lay with the girls, so they wont be upset when shes not there, and me an drandy went with her to the hospital we got there and the Doc meet with us he said, since your call the Primminister called and said you will never shut those machines off, unless his wife tells you to, I said yes Maam I understand, so we put him on the top floor, hes go three nurses in his room at all times, so he took us up there, and there he is laying with those machines running..............................
Megan went in there and sat on his bed and she took his hand in hers, we watched as she leaned forward, and we heard her say, Will you said you would Love me forever and you would never leave me, so why dont you open then Blue eyes for me, I want to take you home right now, then she slammed her fist right on his chest and she yelled at him, WILL WAKE UP, YOU SAID YOU WOULD NEVER LEAVE ME, we saw his eyes come OPEN WIDE and he went to coughing , the nurses said calm down we will get this out of your throat, so they pulled the tube out slowly then put a mask on his face so he could breath better, Megan was still sitting there and she was looking down at him and she had tears in her eyes and running down her face, the Doc said what did she do, Randy said woke him up, so th eDOc went to checking him out, he did a EKG and everything was perfect, he was shakeing his head, this just doesnt happen, I have never seen anything like this before, Megan said he promised he would never leave me, SO I had to remind him, Well young lady you did, we was givening up all hope, I said Doc its called LOVE, well I have a few more tests for him plus we have to take some blood to make sure his count is back up....................................
If everything checks out you can take him Home, so the primminister gets off my back, I was told by her that I was never to shut the machines off, ever, so thats why we put him up here, incase we had a power falure everything up here is on the back up generators, so is the rest of the hospital but there is a lag of almost two minutes and we couldnt have that with him, I dont need to be hung so we put him up here, I dont know who you know, but that call scared me, I said I called her when you told me that, she said she would take care of it, well she did, her office is calling every 15 minutes for updates so now I can call them and tell them he is awake and going home, Will was laying there in bed looking around its like he was confused about something, Megan was kissing his face, they came in took his blood and we helped get him dressed he was sitting there and he hadnt said anything yet, then Megan said I love you baby, thats when we heard it, he stumbled on his words and he studdered them, Megan said whats wrong with him, the Doc said that happens when some go into a coma, plus his accident being struck on top of his head like he was, it should come back it will just take time.............................
It just wasnt his speach, he had to use a crutch to help him walk or he would fall to the side, I saw this before with Chance so I knew how to help him and so does the rest of the family, and with Megan being patent with him like she is, she will be his eyes and ears and part of his brain, he will have to relearn some things again, we walked him out to the helo adn he stood there, we helped him get in, this is different he aways love to fly and now hes not sure of anything, so megan is holding his hand and up we go, I tell the pilot to take it real easy and he does, so flys us back takeing hi stime so Will doesnt get upset, about anything, we land out back and we help him out and into the cabin, his girls are right there for him and he sits down and they go to him, we can see he wants to say something but the words dont come out right, then Meg sits with him its alright baby we are here for you, and we could see his eyes well up, and megan holds him to her, are you tired so he knods his head and she takes him upstairs and she lays down with him and she holds him against her as he takes a nap for awhile...............................
We all talked down stairs, Sammy said, I helped Chance come back after his accident I can help Megan, then Chance said I can help him to, we all have to have understanding with him, we dont know what hes lost as of yet so in the next few days we will all learn what hes going to need help with, so far its his walking and speach, the doc said, where he got hit on top of his head it may have slowed down his motor skills but thank god he didnt get a clot his brain just swelled and they had to relieve the pressure, then Randy said you see his x-rays off to the side, he has one very thick skull, its almost twice what any one elses is, yes that may be, but hes still injuried, then we hear Megan upstairs baby wake up so up me na drandy run up there hes going through convultatoins randt tackles him on to the floorm an gets him settled down, get the kit so he prick his finger, his Blood is way over the 100 in should be, so we get two tablets crush them up and get him to take sips of the juice we put it into and its helping him, now we have to watch his blood sugar for awhile, I cant believe they didnt do that at the hospital...................
So back onto the bed randy put him, he sat there and said little brother stop scareing your wife and us, we have been talking downstairs and Sammy and Chance are going to help you and Megan, he had a brain injury a while back adn he had a hell of a time getting back, but they know what you are going to go through, so just be patent it will come back, Will said Thank you, me and Megan just broke right there and we held onto each other, randy held onto him and hugged his little brother, and we heard him say I love you Will and he saw Will hold onto him and tight and lay his head on randys shoulders and tears fill up his eyes and roll down his face, that made more just run down ours, My husband has the biggest heart I have ever seen since this man has come into his life, Will showed randy that another man can love another and now he is, and his heart is all the way open to help his little brother and help him stand back on his feet again one day and help him walk back into his wifes arms again and she will be there waiting for him with that smile she has for him and the Love she has for that man...............................

HE saved his Wife

Well this morning Will got everyone started on the cabin and he came down to show us gals how to the floor, kathy is watching the girls cause hers are still very small and need her, so she is the built in babysitter, which works out great and she loves being with them any how, anyways Will was laying out the design on the floor and we had what he printed off the computor for us so we had that to follow when he was done, he had set up the saw for us and showed us how to use it and its one of those saftey saws, so if any skin gets touched by that blade it stops and I mean right now so it doesnt cut anything off, then you have to reset the saw, well we went to go out side and Megan went to go and give him a kiss and she saw a log come down, he pushed her back into the cabin and SMACK right on top of the head it hit his sqaure he took seven steps spun around and off the dock he went right into the water, me and Megan bolted out that door and jumped into the water, he was laying face down in the water, we rolled him over and blood was going everywhere in the water, Megan put her hand on top of his head to help stop the bleeding, I yelled for randy and him and the other guys were scrambleing down the walls to get to us, Sweed swung the crane around and the straps were hanging down on the cable...........................
Randy and Bill had jumped into the water with us and pretty much took over, they got him into the sling and up he goes, water just flowing off him as he is on his back swinging above us and Blood pouring off his head, Randy helped us get out and the other guys are right there helping Will, then we are out and we run to him, I have never seen this much blood come out of one mans head before, Megan grabbed a towel and put it back on top of his head, to stop the bleeding and it slowed it down we checked his eyes and they are glazed over and his eyes are like they are frozen, Sweed brought the boat around and we loaded him into it and away we all go, this boat gets up and moves and we have 60 miles to go to get him to the hospital, and this boat has everything 02 and a med kit and blankets so we are tending to him Sweed gets on the radio and calls the rescue telling them we need an ambulance down at the dock and tells them what happened, we are doing his blood presure and giveing him 02 have him covered in those wool blankets and Megan is screaming at him DONT YOU DARE LEAVE ME, and the tears are rolling down her face just like they are on mine,Randy and Frank are working on him, they know what they are doing.............................
We went so fast up to the city and we shot into the bay and everyone was waiting for us, they put him on a flat board they guys already had a collar on his neck so they strapped him on it and over the side he went, they had him, Megan broke right there, and Randy grabbed a hold of her and she was shakeing so bad, then one of the officers asked if he could take us to the hospital so we unloaded and Sweed swung the boat over and tied it off and two cars took us all up there, I have seen Will hurt before and Megan handles it pretty well, but this time its a freak accident, randy asked me what had happened, so i told him just as he walked out and Megan went to get a kiss, she saw a log falling off the front and Will shoved her back into the cabin and he took the brunt of that log right on top of his head, Randy said that was my fault, we were putting up the smaller logs for the windows and one came out of my hands, and over the side it went, he said OH MY GOD, I hit my little Brother, and he just locked up right there, Megan looked into his eyes, it wasnt your fault, it was a freak accident......................................
when we got to the hospital the officers took us all in there and the nurses were waiting for us, A Doctor came out and said, we have the bleeding stopped, we had to put 22 stiches in we have him hocked up to five units of blood, he has the thickest skull I have ever seen on the X-ray if this would have been anyone else just from the way what ever hit him would have split the skull wide open, he would have never made it here alive, but him hes in recovery right now, but what concerns me is he is still unresponsive, Megan asked can I go to him, well yes, maybe you can bring him back, so he let us all go back to him, randy had ahold of me and Megans hands and she sat there an me and her was talking to him, then she said, baby please come back to us, me and our babies need you, his eyes opened slightly, we looked at him and she went to kissing his face and holding onto him, then his eyes closed back up..............................
I went and got the Doctor and he checked him out, he said we are going to keep him for a day or two just to make sure everything is alright, Megan said Im staying with him, we said thats fine, we went back to the docks got into the boat and we all went home kind of slowly, everyone was thinking about what had happened, Sweed said I have an idea, so when we got back he pulled out brand new fishing nets and we hung them on the sides of the cabin and then brought up the outside of the nets so if anything came off the top again the nets would hold it, To bad we didnt think of this before, then we all sat there for the longest time we didnt know what to do, our contractor/little brother was in the hospital for a very stupid accident, and we just didnt know what to do, Sweed said, he pushed his wife out of the way, I said yes, she went out to get a kiss from him and she saw the log come off the top and so did he, he shoved her back into the cabin so hard she landed on her ass and slide back inside, I saw him take the brunt of that log right on top of his head, a hard hat wouldnt of even stopped that log, it hit him sqaure, and when I saw him take seven steps off to the side and then he turned around and off the dock he went...................................
Sweed said he was probally acting out of pure intsinct, I have seen him do that so many times he will shove you out of the way so you dont get hurt,, so he saved his wifes life, if that would have hit her that would have been it, and God knows he doesnt need that, so thats why he did what he did, then my cell went off, its Megan, she was sniffleing I said what is wrong, she muttered he fell into a coma they have him on a breather and a tent, then she cryed I need you, I said Ill be right there, Randy was on his cell calling in the helo, I was trying to talk as I waited for the helo, then in 15 minutes he was here, I got in and away we went and I mean fast since it was just me, he went at top speed and we landed in the back of the hospital and I ran in side and found her, she was beside herself I have never seen her like this before, the Doc came out, he said he fell into a coma, we was checking him out and he sat right up in the bed took a big breath and then fell back on the bed, we took her out of the room and we had to thump him back to us three times before he had a steady rythem again so we put him into a coma with injections, hes going to be here for awhile, in the morning we are going to put him in the MRI to check his brain........................
You might as well take her home, he will be just fine with us, I will have two nurses in his room at all times and we have your numbers, there is nothing she can do for him he wont even know she is here, much less where he is at, so I had them give her a shot to help calm her down and they helped put her in the helo and back to the ranch we went, we had the helo stay there just incase, so he helped with the flooring while we waited, I stayed with her in the cabin, and she is still a mess, the girls are upset cause they saw what happened to their daddy and why he isnt home yet, they dont understand that their daddy is in a coma, I just tell them its like sleeping and when he is better they will wake him up and then we get to bring him home, So I have three of them to take care of and watch over, so its going to be a very few sleepless nights I feel.............................

The building of the walls

As meg and his girl stook a nap after lunch the guys stood up and Will was leaning back a little, Randy said let me give you a hand, so he folded his arms in front and randy picked him off the deck and we all heard his back snap all the way up, he gave out a sigh, then Randy let him down, your taller he said, and my back feels so much better, thanks said, Will lets go and start them walls so off came the boots and on went the corkers all the guys had bought them, so i got to see all of these little holes on my deck at they all walked down there and the cranes got started and Logs swinging in the air when they was down there for awhile Meg and the girls came down, whats going on, and she saw Will and Frank on the top logs running around, she almost freaked What in the world is he doing up there, I said relax, Randy gave him a lift and all his verts poped back in place he is taller now and happy so they are building those walls, if his back hurt he wouldnt be up there would he, well no she said, well look at him he is running across the tops of them logs and doing just fine, and he was and so was all the other guys.........................................
They were laying logs fast, its good to see when you have a great crew they work so well together and we watched them, I said, lets get dinner started so when the are done, it should be ready for them cause they are working up a sweat, Sweed was on a crane and Chan was on the other and Chance and Bill were working together and WIll and Frank on the other ones, and Randy running putting down the foam filler and hammering the pins into the logs he is doing it so much faster now, since he was taught by Will on how to do it four wacks with that 8 pound hammer and they are in then 2 wacks to set them in the holes and onto the others, which is makeing randys arms alot bigger, better than lifting weights in a gym, and we can see he is happy what he is doing, cause he is part of the team, sometimes the other guys just start the pins and Randy finishes them so its all good, they are putting down 100 and 75 foot logs all saddle notched and pre drilled, and Will is watching what goes where reading the plans as they go, for the windows and doors and every log has its place cause they are all numbered............................
I want to go and help so bad, but I would be in the way, even if I just did the foam, watching randy do it I could never move fast enough, he puts it on one end takes it to the other and then staples it all in place as he runs down the log the staples just hold it in place until the next log comes around then on top of the foam it goes and then he slams the pins in place and sets them and onto the next ones, he has it down, and we sat there and watched them, all the way down one wall they was already 10 foot in the air Will and Frank are working on the back walls and part of the side walls cause you have to stack the logs so the ends stick out on top of each other, each of the sides are going to have these huge windows so those will be stacked on top of each other and each log is 8 foot long and the widows go up almost 20 feet from the sixth coarse and Will is measureing every so often so they can put on the top log above those windows to lock them all in place, and then there will be nine logs on top of that log, when they get all the walls up its going to be grand and at 30,000 sqr ft, and all those stones on the outside......................................
I got to see the plans and he showed me it will have a sitting room at the top floor and its high enough you can look out beyond the bay to watch the waves rolling into the bay and the winter storms, and he said the reason for the stone blocks is in case the waves roll in to high, they will hit the stone blocks instead of the logs, so I asked its a water break, he said yes in a manner of speaking, thats why the front goes out almost 65 feet from the cabin cause the huge cabin is built just above sea level and haveing them stones weighing in at 3 tons each the water wont move them the way we have them inter locked and layed on concrete joints to lock them all together, and what they built on for the foundation is the same kind of rock that was already here and that stone is at 150 foot thick so thats the best foundation in the world, that cabin aint going anywhere, when he sits down in our cabin his mind is always going, hes always thinking of better ways to build something and stronger, and thats just what hes done with this new place, he said it will be big enough for everyone and still have room.......................
he said cause I see so many flaws in your cabin, that oneday the roof is going to come down, who ever built it didnt know what they was doing cause it wasnt built for the high winds we get here on the coast, and he showed me and Randy all the places that will break when it happens and if the wind is strong enough its going to fold right over on its self, and then colasp inside, I thought we had a good cabin for everyone to stay in, but now we are just waiting for the huge cabin to get done so we can all move into that one, and he said we will take yours apart and start over and do it right, plus build it on higher ground, cause where it is sitting, if a huge wave came rolling into this bay, it will go right up under that dock blow that out and lift your cabin right off its foundation and move it back cause of the sea wall you have under that dock, its a diaster just waiting to happen, and he showed us when we got down under the dock, Randy and I just stood there and couldnt believe it, then he showed us rock that is crubleing off that is laying in the bay that came off durning a storm when we wasnt even there, randy said he is right, the man that built this had no idea of what he was doing, building this close to the bay...........................
Will said we will rebuild over there and then put a walk way between the cabins under glass so you can walk back and forth in the stroms and never get wet, then he took us out back and showed us the pool, I found this oneday when a towel fell off the rail, the pool has a crack in it and water is comeing out its just wet all the way up the crack, he said that is just going to blow out oneday and shoot the water out across the pasture and drain the pool fast, so who ever built this didnt use the rebar they should have or this would have never happened, plus its not Fiber crete and he showed us as he cut a chunk off the wall with his knife thats how soft the concrete still is, Randy sai dthat pool is three years old and still soft, Will said its the guys that built it they knew what they was doing, so they can get more work from you, now if you want it built right, me and Bill will sit down and design a pool that will never do this ever again, we said do it.......................................
Then h ewent walking out behind the huge cabin an dwas looking at something, so we all went over there, whats your idea, right here, that where the new pool should go, we can dig back into the hill with the D12 and push the soil out of the way until we hit this rock and build on top of it and we can have it higher than the old one so as we are in the pool, we can build a deck way above the pool so we can all see the waves rolling in and have a half saftey glass above our heads and the rest open so if you dont want the sun you are out of it, I have a few ideas Ill draw up, plus the pool will be twice it is now plus still have the caves and a water fall above the caves, and put a walk way in the middle with the Hot tubs in the middle and the pool around them, Randy said man I love your ideas, Ill scetch them out and have Clanc fill in the details she makes a better drawing than me, Then he said the one thing it shouldnt have is sqaure edges lets make it different than a retangle pool put some curves around the pool make it different from anything else you have even seen, I said draw a plan out and Ill improve on it, and Ill have the kids help me, have you ever seen a kid draw a staight line, she makes a good point...............................
so that whats going to go on over here, the guys are building the hige cabin and doing it well, we figure that they keep going like they are, all the walls and maybe the roof will be on by next week, in the morning us gals are going to be showen how to down the floor Will, will get us started and what he wants the floors to look like and we will take it from there, he said he will start the border trim first than show us how he would like the floor layed out, he said he has a lay out on his computor he came up with that will be perfect for the size of each room, so we will see what hes got going when they guys are done for the day, which will be in an hour or so, they are starting to slow down, they are getting tired, so we are going to go and check on dinner and get that ready for our guys and get the hot bath waters ready cause I have a feeling they all are going to need back rubs after dinner........................

A suprise from our guys

Well this morning after the guys had some rest, we found all of them outside on the back deck playing the guitars and Chance playing the piano, they was warming up for something all of us gals came down and saw them there then here comes the kids, Megan went out and stood by the door and Will looked over and saw her, randy said are you ready, he nodded his head, then he stood up and went over to the Mic and we all just watched him and the music begun I know this song, then the words came out of his mouth and we all melted right there, he went to singing, COLDER WEATHER by the Zac Brown band hearing him sing those words just made us all take in a deep breath and hearing all the guys singing back up its like the band is right on our deck, so this is what they did while we was gone to get the flooring, hearing those words comeing out of Will just made my eyes tear up, I looked over at Megan and they were running down her face, I dont know what it is with this song, but everytime I hear it I get all teary eyed and so does Meg and when he hits that part where he says,YOU KNOW ITS YOU, THAT CAUSED ME BACK HERE BABY, I WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN, BUT IM STUCK HERE IN COLDER WEATHER,MAYBE TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER CAN I CALL YOU THEN, both our knees just buckle as we stand there, his voice is so comanding......................
When the song was over, he slung his guitar behind him and Megan almost fell right into his arms and she cryed on his shoulders, I went to randy and I did the same on his, they know we love this song, all of the gals went to their men and they all got hugs and kisses as they held them, I looked at Randy, you guys didnt go rideing did you, of course not we was practiceing this and a few others, why did nt you say that, he said what and spoil the suprise we both know how much you and Meg love that song, so we got it right, took most of the day but we did it, I looked over at Megan she was still weeping on his shoulders and hes patting her back, then he kissed her, Im so proud of you all, thank you for the song, then she dryed her face on his shirt sleve, then she sat there right in front of him, and they went into another song, oh this one has a strong beat in it, the song is called CANT YOU SEE, and both Chance and Will sang that one, Will doing the leads, the kids were danceing out on the deck together, then when that one was over, Will picked up the fiddle and went to playing it, I didnt even knew he could play one , and then He played his Guitar and the others were sitting there waiting but the words comeing out of him, the song is called, FREE then the other guys came singing into it also and then that fiddle again.....................................
Man War and Mickey and other guys you should hear them the sounds comeing out of them guys just set us all back in our chairs, they did practice and they have it down perfectly, just to watch them you can see they are haveing fun singing as brothers do and the harmony with them is so magical it give us all goose bumps, but hearning Will sing the main words, OH MY GOD then the harmony again with all of them, I wonder if Sweed and them can hear them from here they have the speakers out here on the deck and they all have the Mics and seeing the smile on Megans face as she listens to her husband sing to her and us, when they are done, the girls go over and give their daddys hugs and kisses, then Cimmy says, Daddy can we here, Mommys song again, he looked up at her and she was nodding her head yes, so he said ready guys so they played, COLDER WEATHER again, I think they sounded better the second time cause now their voices are warmed up, but that song just does something to us, and hearing Will sing it, there is something to the way he sings it and that voice hes got just gives us all goose bumps all over our bodys and when he got to that part again and sang it, I felt my eyes just tear up again, I think its in his voice when he says, YOU KNOW ITS YOU, THAT CAUSED ME BACK HERE BABY, I WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN, BUT IM STUCK HERE IN COLDER WEATHER,MAYBE TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER CAN I CALL YOU THEN it just makes us all tear up, when the song was over Meg got up and gave him a kiss and then she hung onto him, he set down his guitar and picked her up and inside they go to the kitchen, and he sets her on the countier as he pours himself a cup of coffee in three sips it was gone, then he had another, the other guys went and did the same thank goodness we have three pots..........................................
Then I heard Megan, so you didnt go rideing, he said are you crazy woman, I have a strained back, thats the last thing I want to do, so you guys practiced these songs, yes until we got them right, she said well I think you did, and you know how much I love that song Colder Weather, and when i heard those words come out of you, and you hit that part, my knees buckled standing there, you know what turns me on dont you, Thats my Job Baby, then she gave him another hug and dryed her eyes again, then there was a knock at the door, Its Sweed and Jenny his wife, I said come on in, Sweed saw the guys drinking coffee and all the instruments on the back Deck, I knew it I told you honey they was playing again, we heard you all clear as day clear over at our place, and Will must be singing again, I know that voice anywhere, I think hes getting better with age, Meg said you heard them singing COLDER WEATHER from here, oh yes, it sounded like he was singing on our back deck, I opened the door and we listened to you guys, then Jen said we should go up and see them its been awhile, so we got dressed and brought the boat over, we could hear you out on the water when you sang that song again, I see you have the flooring, over on the barges, Randy said yes the gals went over and Megan picked it all out and they flew it over, Sweed being a smart ass that he is, so young lady, how did you flap your arms and carry all that wood, she sat there for a minute and then she looked at him, she said, I looked up smart ass in the dictonary and it had your picture, we all laughed, Finally someone that doesnt put up with his shit and gives it right back to him, Jen said she got you, I like her already................................
So what are you all going to do today, Will said get that flooring off the barges and into the cabin, then while the guys are doing the log walls, I can do the flooring, Sweed said I heard you saved two guys last week, hows your back, its still there, and my lady wont let me do anything that will hurt me worse, well thats good, you have always been good on your knees, Will looked at him and said you know she has that dictonary over in the room, I bet if I look up a few more words they will also have your picture, like what, well let me see, so Meg ran upstairs and got it for him, and he looked up a word, yep here it is, and we looked and we laughed and he closed it, whats the word, never you mind, it also has your picture on it, jenny leaned over and asked Meg whats the word, she whispered it to her, and her eyes lite up, Yes thats a very good one and Sweed said, what, yes he can be hes known for it, the guys went out to the barges, Will stood off to the side as they used the fork lifts to unload the flooring into the cabin he just showed them where and which room to put it, which made it easeier cause the walls were only up four logs...........................
That took a few hours, so we made hamburgers and sausages for lunch so when they got done they was nice and hot for them as the guys was doing the wood, Will was standing there playing his guitar and singing TOES its a good song if you like your Toes in the sand, we could hear him as we cooked on the front deck, megan said I love him like this he is so much more relaxed since we got Here, and him singing as the others are working, I said if you listen you can hear the other guys singing with him even thoe they are working and you could if you listened, then he went into CHICKEN FRYED Megan said listen to him, and we all stood there and he was danceing as he sang down there on the dock, God I love to see him happy like this, Meg said, and I had to agree, I like it also he is opening up more and more everyday hes going back to the man I grew up with, lately hes had a smile on his face and those eyes when he looks at you, you can see the love in them, then Lunch was ready so the girls rang the Bell it took all of them to pull on the rope it gets a little rusty out here so it takes a little to break it loose for it to swing and bong and ding....................................
When Will came walking up he sat down and started playing his guitar and we all stood there and listened to him, he went to singing a song all by himself, as the others came walking up the dock and they listened to him also, the song he sang is JOLENE Ive heard this song on the track but never paid any attention to it, but he is singing it and he sounds good, Meg just stood there and listened to him, he even had his girls attention and they leaned against her legs as their daddy sang, when he was done, he said, this is to my Wife, and he went to playing another song, all of us just stood there and listened to him sing even the guys, the song is, WHAT EVER IT IS, and when he got to the part he says, WHEN SHE LOVES ME IM ON TOP OF THE WORLD and then to part he sings, SHE IS GOING TO BE MY WIFE, we all saw tears run down here face she was trembleing standing there when she loves me Im untouchable, when I tell her that Im thinking about her it comes out I LOVE YOU, when the song ended he put down his guitar and she took three steps and fell into his arms and she cryed on his shoulders, I heard Jenny say to Sweed Why cant you sing songs like that to me......................
Will put her into his arms and carried her inside through the side door, We will be right back, the door went shut and we all heard her crying in there, its alright baby. randy said why dont we make them up a plate and take it into him, its going to be awhile, So I helped him, Then i took it into them, she was a mess, and still crying, he was doing the best he could for her which only he could hold her, I put down his plate and went back out, Randy said, that man is so tender with her, well he should be, he has a tender heart himself, and look at all he has given her, I said yes all of his love, something she has never had before and now she has a song sang to her and her only, Is mommy alright asked the girls, I said yes she is, its just that your daddy sang that song to her and she is crying cause he loves her, then the questions came, didnt mommy have love before she meet daddy, I said no she didnt, she didnt have anyone to love her, not even her mommy and daddy, not even them, they looked at me, so when did mommy and daddy meet, I said clear back in July, when he first came out here, she meet him a few days later.......................................
I said I kind of set them up together, and he took her out rideing and when they came back she had that look in her eyes, so I knew I did right, she told me that he sat there and listened to me talk, no one had ever listened to her before, and she said when I saw those blue eyes of his, she said I fell in love with him, your mom said she didnt want to leave cause that meant leaveing him, so what happened, well they both fell in love with each other and they got married, and now she has a man in her life that loves her dearly, and will do anything in this world for her, so when she crys he is right there for her cause hes got the biggest shoulders for her to cry on and those two big arms to hold her against him, they said we know, we love it when he holds us too, daddys arms are so loveing, then Susie said when we first came to be with them, we couldnt sleep cause we was scared, and he came in when he heard us, he sat down on our bed and held us and we cryed on his shoulders and all he did was tell us he loved us both and is so happy he know has two little girls to raise................................
I had to dry my eyes when they told us that, I saw randy wipe his also, then the rest of the table everyone else did also, I said you three are so lucky to have him cause he loves you all so much, then they said can we go in and see if mommy needs us too, I said well yes, so they got out of their chairs and ran inside, and they saw daddy holding mommy on the sofa so they went to the both of them, and he hugged all of them in those arms of his, and was givening them all kisses, Megan finally calmed down cause now she had her intire family, and they all love her, i went in to see if they needed anything, he said, Im takeing Megan up so she can lay down for awhile, and the kids need a nap so they will lay with her, so he picked her up and took her up the girls followed behind him, he put them all to bed so she could rest, Crying for us gals just takes it out of us, so a nap is a good thing and haveing her girls with her also makes all three of them safe, he came down a few minutes later, and came outside, I guess I shouldnt of sang that song to her, Randy said, the song was perfect, its just that you are the only one that has ever loved her in her whole life, and when you sing songs like that to her she knows in her heart that there is just one man that loves her for her and Brother that is you, he smiled at Randy, I couldnt help it, I said Im so happy that you came to us, and I have loved you all of my life, he bent over and whispered in my ear, I LOVE YOU too baby sister..........................................

Well we gals got out of bed early and went down and made coffee and breakfast for everyone, that didnt go to bed early this morning, our guys came in about 4:30 am this morning, when i saw Will pick up MEgan he didnt evem moan which either means he is so tired he didnt feel it, or he didnt care, but he had his Wife in his arms and thats all that mattered to him, when I saw him walk her up he had that glow all around him again, I sure wish i knew what that was, its more than just his urora I mean he glows in the darkness, anyways she came down and said she has never slept so well, he sat me on the bed with my eyes still closed, he took off all my clothes and slipped me under the covers I watched him take his off and that back brace, then he slipped into the covers with me, and held me to his chest, he was so warm against my skin and he just went to sleep against me, I drifted off with him, She said I just love it when that just happens he is still sleeping as i got out of bed, he didnt even move, I said well if those guys got out of bed yesturday when they do and didnt get back until 430 this morning that means they was up for almost 24 hours, then the kids got up and sure enough they looked in on their daddy and saw him still sleeping, so they didnt bother him our did the same for randy............................
Mommy whats daddy doing in bed, Girls the guys came in real late so dont wake them up they need their sleep, Ok mommy, then they all ate, when they was done, the saw daddy sitting on the bed rubbing his head, Morning daddy, then they got their morning hugs and kisses, do you need help daddy, Im fine he said, just tired and soar, need mommy sure he said, so down goes Cimmy and gets Megan daddy is awake mom and he needs you, so she followed her up and found him sitting there, whats wrong baby, I cant sleep any longer, can you help me get up I need a hot shower, so her and the girls pulled him up, then they saw Mr. Wigley, it was Daddy are yo happy to see us, Megan said girls go and get dresseed so off they went Megan got in the shower with him and rubbed down his back in the hot water which will make him more relaxed for later, when he starts the day she washed him everywhere makeing him nice and clean, then she toweld him dry she picked up the brace and he said nope not wearing that thing anymore, look what its doing to my sides, hes getting a heat rash from it, so on went some sav she had for him instead then she dressed him, then herself......................................
they both came down wearing the boots then I heard randy in the bedroom, Honey I need some coffee so in I go with a cup, whats going on, Will is up and dressed, megan cleaned him up they are haveing coffee and some eats why dont you get cleaned up Ill help you so in the shower we both go and I scrub him down nad then myself, then he turns around, I look down and I say are you happy to see me or are you just feeling your oats, bend over and you will find out, I said later babe, I promise, then I helped dry him off then we heard the front door close, i looked out and they wasnt there anymore, they must be going down to the docks, so he dressed real fast and so did I, we hollierd for the kids they was also getting dressed and getting jackets on to go out behind them, and out they go, randys saying Im always behind him, i said he and you should still be in bed youve only had four hours of sleep, then I yawned, dont do that, he said, he grabbed his jacket and so did I and out we go, we look over and Will is sitting there on a chair and megan is on his lap with his head against her chest with his eyes closed, Whats this I say.......................................
he just needed some fresh air he is more relaxed now, and in a few minutes Im putting him back to bed, hes still not up to pare and neither is randy hes going back down also for a few hours, Then Megan said come on baby so he opened his eyes and she took him by the hand come on back inside they go, i dont want to go to the bedroom, so she put him on the leather sofa took off his boots and jacket covered him up with a pendleton blanket, she like this better now she can keep an eye on him in there, i did the same for Randy he layed down on the other one, when he saw Will resting and layed back it didnt take long and he was out also, Megan said, I dont know why they push themselves, thats just who they are, when one is up the other gets up also, you saw randy he wasnt laying down until he saw you cover Will up and when he saw Will go back to sleep he laid down also, Im telling you, when Will is awake so is randy and he wont lay down until he knows he is, Megan said whats he doing watching out for him, I said in a manner of speaking, but thats my job to look after my husband, yes it is, but Randy is still very protectant over him, Megan said I understand that, Randy is a watcher he keeps and eye on all the guys, but more on Will lately...................................
I said look what your husband did for those two he saved their lives so Randy has taken it upon himself to watch out for him, it will die down after a few weeks, than maybe not said Megan, when you have something like that happen to you, its like your life belongs to the person that saved you, Well Randy is watching out for him now cause of it an so is Chance in his own way, those two are like mother hens watching out for the younger, the girls were out back playing on the fort then we saw Cimmy feeding one of the horses some loose hay that was on the ground, Megan said look at her, I said just like her daddy, I know said Megan, I see that everyday she is with him, she is going to be a horsewoman just like he is a horseman then we saw her climb into the pasture and she was petting the horse, and the horse didnt move at all, then she came back through........................
Will got up and holliered out the back door, Girls stay away from them horses, yes daddy, then he layed back downMegan went and covered him back up, and pulled the shads closed the sun was on his face, how long have you been awake, a few minutes, when I heard Cimmy was out by the horse, I had to tell her to stay away from him, hes unpredictable, can be good one minute and chase then the next, that why his nuts are comeing off, as soon as I can find my soft rope and knife blades, then she sat with him getting him back to sleep, they layed down until about noon, Will sat up, I cant sleep any longer, so he got up and to the bathroom he walked, when he came out he bumped into the other sofa hit his knee right on the corner and ouch he said, damn sofa randy woke up from under the blanket and we watched Will hop across the floor and rub his knee, Megan went over to check on his leg, sit down she said, and she pulled back on his foot and his knee poped back into place, he just looked at her, how did you know it was out, cause you couldnt stand on it and hopped all the way over here, thats how i knew, Hungry, yes, good we made sandwhiches for everyone, so I yelled out the back door Lunch, and here came the kids running......................................
Hi daddy and he got his kisses and hugs from all the kids, then over to randy they all went and he got them also, then to the table they all went, what about washing up I said, so away they go, then came running back to eat, it sounded like chow hounds at the table, Will sat there and megan brought his to him, I did the same for Randy, hes still not awake yet buts getting there, he takes awhile after a nap, only hurries when WIll is on the way out the door, but Will aint going anywhere, for right now, that knee probally hurts from the sofa, Megan fed him and he layed back down and went back to sleep, so thats what the guys are doing here on monday just relaxing its been a hard last few days on all of them, Ill try to write later when it calms back down.......................

Well we got sent over to pick up the flooring for the cabin, on the way over there, we got to talk to Frank about Will and what they did together for so many years, Frank said after Stan brought him back out of what he went through I found him wandering over in lander and he took me out to the ranch that she had given him, we stayed there until he got back on his feet, it didnt take long, he got back to being himself again, then we went down to the reservation and his blood brother helped him even more I watched them settle his spirit, they had a pow wow that lasted for five days it was the damndest thing I had ever saw before, but I saw it all with the other tribe members, we all saw her take form and she released him and thens he floated off and away and the blue came back to his eyes and its been there ever since, I said you saw her, frank said she came out of the smoke and floated up in it, I had to rub my eyes cause I had to look again and there she was, and they way she looked at him as he sat there, I had never seen anything like it before..............................
We both sat there and listened to him, he said what ever they did in that lodge brought them back together again, and then released her to go into the spirit world so she could be at peace, he said the way it was explained to me, is when she died it was in his arms and their spirits had locked together and she was part of him, thats why he was in such a termoil and had broke like he did, if stan would not of found him when he did, and he fell off that cliff, they still would have been locked together, but when we came to his brothers they knew what had to be done, and they did it, they released her spirit from his, and watching her in that smoke as it left though the whole in the top of the lodge she floated out with it and I saw his eyes, its like the heavy clouds had been lifted out of them and they turned Blue in front of us all, then he just closaped right there into his Blood Brothers arms..........................
just listening to Frank we both had to wipe our eyes, now we both know more about him, then he sat back an smiled not at us but like he was remembering that day, then he closed his eyes and we both just saw him relax, he had been carring that with him for so long, and it put him at peace getting it off his mind, then the co-pilot came back and said we will be landing in a few minutes so we all buckled up and all the kids did to, yes we took them with us, when we travel we want the kids to see everything, that life has to offer them, and this trip is just one of them, when we landed we had a limo waiting for us and over to the store we went, you should have seen the look on the guys face when we told him how much flooring we needed, he said well Maam we have that and how would you like that delivered, I said to the arport we have a jet waiting, he said I hope ita big one, Megan giggled at him so they went to loading up the woods she had chosen tes I said woods we figured out what they would need a little bit more, it took ten truck loads to get the intire order and then out to the airport we went we were in the lead.............................
